Charging the refrigerant cycle
4.3.
Final inspection
On successfully charging the unit the following checks must be carried
out:
– Check for leak-proof condition
– Cut-off valves opened
– Refrigerant must be free from bubbles in the sight glass.
– After 10 minutes of test running the compressor check the oil level in
the compressor: Set value: middle of sight glass.
– Check the cut-off pressure levels on the high-low pressure switch by
blocking the valves.
– Check the functioning of ambient / fresh air flaps.
– Check whether the water valves are closed at maximum cooling up
to 100%.
– Hoods: Check for tightness. If necessary tighten hood screws with
10 Nm.
