Vent Accessories
To perform the venting of the turbo pump, the vent valve and the related device are
needed.
The Twistorr 305-IC compatible vent kits are the following models: 9699834,
9699834M006 (which are Normally Open devices) and 9699834M010,
9699834M011 (which are Normally Closed devices).
Please refer to the section "Accessory and spare parts" to get further details.
The vent kits which are based on the Normally Open valve configuration, are
equipped with an electronic driving circuitry which ensures a minimum delay of
about 15 seconds from when the vent command is received by the control unit and
when the valve is set to open.
The type of the vent kit (Normally Closed or Normally Open) is selectable by a
specific serial command (refer to chapter Technical Information, Window
Description and look for the Win140 meaning).
The venting strategy is also selectable via a specific serial command (refer to
section Technical Information, Window Description and look for the Win125
meaning); two options are available:
AUTOMATIC
ON COMMAND.
When the ON COMMAND modality is selected, the vent valve is set to OPEN/CLOSE
by a specific serial command (refer to section Technical Information, Window
Description and look for the Win122 meaning).
