Die 24 VDC-Pumpe schaltet sich ein, wenn die Pumpe an die 24 VDC- Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist und diese aktiviert wird.   • Page 48 Betriebsanleitung Inbetriebnahme Für die Erreichung des maximalen Vakuums ist es erforderlich, die Pumpe bei hermetisch verschlossenem Einlass ca. eine Stunde lang laufen zu lassen. Für das Einschalten der Pumpe gelten keine besonderen Anweisungen, es ist lediglich der ON/OFF Schalters zu betätigen. Die Pumpe ist für den Betrieb mit neutralen und nicht korrosiven Fluiden WARNUNG konzipiert.
  • Page 49 Bis Sie Erfahrungen mit Ihrem spezifischen Prozess gesammelt haben, spülen Sie die Pumpe regelmäßig und passen Sie diesen Zeitplan an Ihre spezifischen Bedingungen an. Außenflächen Die äußeren Oberflächen der IDP-3 dürfen nur mit Alkohol oder milden Reinigungsmitteln gereinigt werden.
