The detection zone can increase on reflective
surfaces.
Examples of reflective surfaces: puddles, damp road,
smooth surface, tarmac road, etc.
Select the range depending on the characteristics of
the ground at the installation site.
2 Confirm the detection range and microwave sensitivity settings using the red and yellow indicator lights:

Recommendations
Do not carry out the installation in bright light so that the red test indicator light is
clearly visible.
Get someone to help you so that you can see the red detection test indicator light clearly,
without this person being detected.
Close the detector.
If the microwave function is not enabled (switch 6 in OFF position):
Pass in front of the detector to check the detection field:
− The red indicator light comes on when a movement is detected.
Adjust (if necessary).
If the microwave function is enabled (switch 6 in ON position):
Pass in front of the detector to check the detection field:
− the yellow indicator light comes on (infrared detection is confirmed by microwave detection), then
− the red indicator light comes on to send a radio detection message to the central unit.
Adjust (if necessary).
Open the detector and proceed to setting the infrared sensitivity 3 .
