Click Distance Count Down
icon to go to program.
Circle Chart indicates target
distance and the completed
distance in %.
The coordinate chart displays
the current movement time
and speed during exercise.
3.2 Fitness program mode example
(heart rate control)
Click Heart rate control icon to
go to program.
Input age, target heart rate and the max
adjust speed.
The first minute is warm-up exercise with
minimum speed and 0 % incline.
After warm up, the HRC program will adjust
speed to reach target heart rate (the speed is
limited to the input of Max Adjust Speed).
Speed and incline can be adjusted manually
during exercise.
