1.6 Re: Proper use

This appliance must only be used for domestic use.
It is not suitable for industrial or commercial use.
Only use the steam mop domestically for cleaning normally
dirty, flat hard floors (e.g. tiles, stone floors, linoleum, and oth-
er smooth, sealed surfaces) which can withstand the high
temperature, pressure and moisture of hot steam.
If you use the steam/brush base with its collar brush, for in-
stance, to remove stubborn soiling, the floors and the surfac-
es must also be scratch resistant.
When the carpet glider base is fitted, the steam mop can
also be used to freshen up short-pile carpets, rugs etc.
Any other use is considered improper use and is prohib-
ited.
In particular, the following is prohibited:
Cleaning:
- People, animals or plants, including clothing which is still
being worn.
- Surfaces which are soiled with substances which are a
potential health hazard. The hot steam may dissolve and
release these substances.
- Textiles, leather, furniture, walls, window panes, non-
sealed, lacquered, oiled or waxed wood or parquet floor-
ing, or surfaces made of soft or shiny plastic material.
They may become damaged.
