Preparation times and storage phases are set automatically by the machine software, according to the constant

reading (detection) of the room temperature and density of the mixture.

How to proceed:

• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the

data plate matches the mains voltage. Plug

the power plug into the wall socket. The

electronic board will perform an initialization

check, lighting all LEDs on the control panel,

after which only the faint lighting of the start

key (L.1) will remain. The machine is ready

for use

• Pour the mixture (1)

• Close the transparent lid (D) (2)

• Press and hold the start key (L.1) on the

control panel (L) for two seconds (3)

• The machine starts an automatic ice

cream production (4). The progress of the

preparation is indicated by the gradual

lighting of the LED on the TIME LINE bar

(L.2) (5)

• At the end of the cycle, or when the ice cream

has reached the consistency established by

the software, the machine changes to the

storage phase (6)

• The storage phase is indicated by the lighting;

all LEDs of the TIME LINE bar, storage key

SEL (L.3), central LED of the STORAGE bar

(L.4) (7)

• The machine automatically manages the

mixing and cooling equipment, operating it as

needed, the paddle and the cold supply

• The ice cream can be stored for a maximum

period of 8 hours, after which the machine

switches off automatically (8)
