IMPORTANT WARNINGS TO FOLLOW BEFORE USING THE MACHINE.
• Hygiene is the extremely important when processing food. Make sure that all the parts, in particular those coming in direct contact
with the ingredients, are scrupulously clean.
• Variations in speed and noise during the preparation are normal and do not affect the proper functioning.
• Pour your mixture at a temperature ranging between + 5°C and + 20°C. Outside of these parameters the success of your
preparation could be compromised.
• The machine has a recommended capacity of 1,0 kg. of mixture. If a larger quantity of mixture is poured in it could overflow, due
to the volume increasing during processing. Also, the machine could be less efficient.
• The machine is equipped with a Pause function (see section PANEL AND FUNCTIONS OF Gelato 4K TOUCH and section LID
OF THE Gelato 4K TOUCH).
A warning tone (2 beeps) sounds every time the mixing blade starts moving.
