A gravity brake is installed in the heating
return to prevent incorrect circulation.
(see fig.)
The heat exchanger is to be vented
during the commissioning process by
using the manual vent valve.
Possible cause
Air in the system
Insufficient water pressure
Calcification in heat
exchanger
Incorrect adjustment on the
control unit
Excessive pressure loss in
the piping on the heating side
Control unit not in operation.
Air in the system.
HW flow sensor not
connected correctly, or
defective.
Heating flow temperature
sensor not connected
correctly or faulty.
Pump faulty
Flow rate sensor defective
