• This appliance should be operated by trained kitchen personnel of restaurants, canteens
or bar, etc.
• During removal of the lid steam can escape. Caution: danger of burns!
• Never use this appliance without water.
• Water can be hot at draining; Caution: danger of burns!
• Always allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
• Only use water. Do not use oil or fat in the container.
• Risk of splashing! Slowly immerse the food into the water.
• Attention! Do not fill water over MAX level.
• Do not open the lid of the appliance while it is under operation. Heat and steam will come

• Do not heat up the appliance without water. The appliance must be turned on after water
is poured into the container.
• Do not pour hot water into plastic containers. The containers may deform or even melt.
• The tap can be hot during draining. Caution: danger of burns!
• Sous vide appliance with content can be very heavy (over 20 kg!). Caution: place only on
a stable surface!
• The appliance should only be used with the supplied stainless steel lid and spacer with 4
compartments for item 225264 & 6 compartments for item 225448 respectively.
Intended use
• This appliance is intended for professional use.

Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class
I and must be connected to a protective ground.
Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by
providing an escape wire for the electric current.

This appliance is fitted with a power cord that has a
grounding wire and grounded plug. The plug must
be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed
