To lower the folding split side rails:
Hold either side rail handle (1). Pull the release lever (2) and lower the side rail (3) so that it folds
down below the mattress platform.
To raise the side rail:
Hold either side rail handle (1). Pull the side rail up and away from the bed until it locks in the
raised position with an audible "click".
NOTE
The head end and foot end side rails both operate in the same way
