3) Se recomienda colocar una válvula de descarga térmica (95ºC). El desagüe
de esta válvula debe ser amplio, estar en lugar visible y protegido para evitar
derramamientos al exterior o salpicaduras. Imperativamente obligatorio evitar
todo tipo de sifón en las tuberías que van al vaso de expansión.
4) La presión de carga del vaso debe ser la misma que la de llenado de la
instalación. El volumen del vaso de expansión debe ser proporcional al
volumen de agua de la instalación.
5) Es recomendable colocar en la instalación un termostato de mínima, que
corte el circulador siempre que el agua de la paila del hogar este por debajo
de lo 50ºC. Esto evitara las condensaciones que se producen cuando se
enciende el hogar.
6) Es recomendable que todos los componentes de la instalación (válvula de
seguridad, circulador, vaso de expansión etc.)se coloque en el retorno

When it is not possible to make an installation with an open expansion vessel
due to technical reasons, the installation engineer will be the sole responsible
of making an installation of the boiler with a close expansion vessel; to do so,
some minimum security requirements need to be taken into account.
1) When installing the radiators, we need to foresee not to put any
closures with thermostatic zone valves in every radiator. There always
needs to be a minimum part of the ensemble (radiators) open in
order to allow the fireplace-stove to dissipate the overheating.
2) It is compulsory to install a safety valve tared at 3bar of pressure. The
installation must be filled at 1bar of pressure.
3) It is advisable to include a thermal waste-gate valve (95 ºC.) The
blowdown of this valve needs to be wide, located in a visible place,
and protected in order to avoid any spillages or splatters. It is
absolutely compulsory to avoid any kind of syphon in the expansion
vessel piping.
4) The vessel filling pressure must be the same as the one in the
installation filling. The expansion vessel volume needs to be
proportional to the water volume in the installation.
5) It is advisable to install a thermostat signalling the minimum
temperature, which will allow cutting the circulator when the water
of the fireplace boiler is under 50 ºC. This will avoid the
condensations produced when turning on the fireplace.
It is advisable to place all the installation components (safety valve, circulator,
expansion vessel, etc.) in the return piping.
