Observe the legal requirements of your country for accident prevention and check
the device in regular intervals.
Unless otherwise specified, we recommend that an expert carries out an external
test every 2 years and an internal test every 5 years as well as a strength test every
10 years.

Cause
Cover is leaking.
The pump is not screwed on
tightly.
O-ring [21] on the pump is
faulty
Diaphragm [22] is defective
Valve disk [26] dirty of de-
fective.
Filter [46] and / or nozzle [23]
blocked.
Insert [24] is missing
Safety valve [12] is defective. Replace safety valve.
O-rings [24] on the pressure
bolt not greased.
Defective pressure bolt [25]

Remedy
Close cover properly (Fig. 7b)
Grease or replace O-ring [29]

Screw the pump on tightly
Replace the O-ring. (Fig. 20).
Replace the diaphragm.
