Confirm the settings by clicking Apply and exit the
menu with OK.

Note
This menu item is only available if a compatible
camera with alarm output is connected e.g.
TVIP11560.

Select a reaction in the event of an alarm by clicking
the 'Setting' symbol for "Reaction".
Parameter Setting
Alarm out- Select the alarm output to make the set-
put tings. You can select the alarm output us-
ing the network address data.
Alarm Name Enter a clear description here (e.g. door
contact on warehouse)
Dwell Time Select the dwell time for switching the
alarm output.

Activate the alarm input by ticking the box for "Set-
tings".

Define the response of the recorder when there is an
alarm at "Settings".

Click Copy to apply these settings for other cameras.

The camera is displayed as
a full-screen picture in live
cast
The device emits a repeat-
ing tone.
The CMS emits an audible
warning tone.
An email is sent to a specific
email address. See page 29
The alarm output is triggered
in the event of an alarm.


Activating the time plan

Set the time at which the alarm output should be acti-
vated.
Warning
You can trigger a warning for the following error types:

HDD Full

HDD Error

Network Disconnected

IP Conflict

Illegal Login

Exception Error
Parameter Notifications
Audible Warning The device emits a repeating
tone.
Notify CMS A message is sent to the
event log of the CMS soft-
ware.
Send email An email is sent to a specific
email address.
