Place the device on a flat, stable surface so that all four rubber feet are firmly set
on the surface.
Connect the power cord to the device and its other end to a 230VAC socket. Please
note: The power socket must be grounded. This will reduce the risk of electric
shock.
Do not use excessive force when installing the rotor. Do it with care, so as not to
damage the rotor or the drive shaft.
3.3.
1. Check that the nut on the rotor has not loosened, if so, tighten it.
2. Get the test tubes with a preparation ready for centrifugation and place them
in the device so that they meet the following premises:
- the test tube should be filled to a maximum of 70% of its total volume,
- place the test tubes symmetrically in the rotor.
- The sample-filled tubes placed opposite each other must be of equal weight.
- Always verify the condition of the test tube used. Do not insert cracked or deformed
test tubes in the device!
3. Close the device lid.
4. Switch the device connected to the power supply on, using the ON/OFF
button at the back of the device.
5. Set the device parameters.
•
The maximum speed must not be exceeded.
Please note: If the density of the sample intended for centrifugation exceeds 1.2 g/ml,
the maximum speed value should be recalculated acc. to the formula below:
Where,
N - new maximum rotation speed

Speed setting
Set the speed value using buttons (5) and (6), the current value will
be shown on the display (1). When the displayed value flashes twice,
the setting is saved.
