function is used in combination with this programme.
3 FRENCH: The kneading and rising time is longer than that of the normal
programme.
4 QUICK: This is the programme you can select if at a particular moment you wish
to make a white bread within a short time. You should keep in mind that the shorter
time will mean that your bread will be smaller than that obtained using the normal
programme.
5 SWEET: This programme is suitable for making raisin bread, etc.
6 CAKE: In this programme baking powder or baking soda are used during the rising
process.
7 JAM: This is the programme for preparing delicious fresh jam. Please note! Make
sure that seeds and kernels are removed from the ingredients before placing them in
the baking tin. Sharp seeds/kernels may damage the non-stick layer.
8 DOUGH: This programme is intended only for producing dough and letting it rise.
9 ULTRA FAST: This is the programme designed to allow you to produce bread even
faster than when using the QUICK programme. The bread has a more solid structure.
10 BAKE: You can use this programme for ready-made dough, for instance, a batch
you made earlier. This programme is solely for baking the dough. This is also used to
reduce the baking time of the selected settings.
11 DESSERT: This programme is used for making desserts.
12 HOMEMADE: Use this programme for setting the desired kneading/rising/baking
times and the keep warm function:
KNEAD1: 6-14 minutes
RISE1: 20-60 minutes
KNEAD2:5-20 minutes
RISE2: 5-120 minutes
RISE3: 0-120 minutes
BAKE: 0-80 minutes
KEEP WARM: 0-60 minutes
Press once on the CYCLE button. KNEAD1 will appear on the LCD screen. Press on
the TIME button to set the minutes. Press the CYCLE button to confirm.
Press once more on the CYCLE button to proceed to the next step. RISE1 will appear
on the LCD screen. Press on the TIME button to set the minutes. If you keep the
TIME button pressed in, the minutes will add up quickly. Press the CYCLE button to
confirm.
Set the remaining steps in this manner. Finally, press the START/STOP button to
confirm all settings.
Press on the START/STOP button to start the programme.
Please Note: these settings can be stored in the breadmaker's memory.
