11. For models with two inlets
For models with a single inlet
• Connect the inlet hose to the cold water tap and to the inlet valve at the rear of the machine,
as in Fig. 1.
• Make sure that:
All the connectors have been properly tightened. Do not allow children to use, climb on and
stand next to your machine, or get inside the drum. Please note, that during wash cycles,
the surface temperature of the door may rise. When the appliance is operated with children
standing nearby, they must be kept under supervision at all times.

Connect the drain hose

12. If the drain hose is already installed as in the diagram below.
Unhook it from the right-hand clip only (see arrow).
13. Connect the drain hose to the siphon or fasten it to the edge of a sink using the U-bend.
If it is not already installed, attach the U-bend (E) to the end of the drain hose.
NOTES:
• Make sure that the drain hose is not kinked.
• Secure the hose so that it cannot fall. After the washing
phase, the machine drains the hot water.
• Small washbasins are not suitable for this purpose.
• To lengthen the pipe, use a pipe of the same type and
secure the fittings with clips.
• Max. overall length of the drain hose: 2.50 m.
