A. "F01" appears on the screen
The machine is not being supplied with water or there is not enough water. Check the following
points:
• The tap is fully open and the water pressure is high enough.
• The water inlet hose is not tangled.
• The filter of the water inlet pipe is not blocked (go to the Maintenance and troubleshooting
section).
• The water supply hose has not frozen.
Press the "Start/Pause" button once the error has been eliminated.
If the error occurs again, contact the after-sales service (see the
After-sales service section).
B. "F03" appears on the screen
The washing machine has not been emptied. The washing machine stops when the program is
running. Switch off the machine and disconnect the power supply. Check the following points:
• The drain hose is not tangled.
• The drain pump filter is not blocked (see the Cleaning the drain pump filter section).
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the water has cooled
before draining the washing machine.

Useful information
• The drain hose is frozen. Plug in the appliance again. Select and start the "Spin" program
or press the "Start/Pause" button for at least 3 seconds, then restart the program of your
choice. If the problem occurs again,
contact the after-sales service (see the After-sales service section).
C. Error code
The washing machine stops when the program is running. The display show the codes "F13",
"F14", "F24", other error codes ranging from "F04" to "F98" or "Unb".
If the error code F13 is displayed
The door is not properly locked. Run the program for 20 seconds and unlock the washing
machine door (PTC) to verify that the door is properly closed. Open the door and close it again.
Once the error has been eliminated, press the "Start/Pause" button. If the error occurs again,
disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the error code "F14" is displayed
Door opening error.
Proceed as follows: Press the "Start/Pause" button. The washing machine will try to open the
door. The alarm will not switch off until the door is unlocked. Or, press the "On/Off" button
to restart the washing machine, in order to switch off the alarm.
If the error code F24 is displayed
The water level has reached the overflow level.
Remove it by pressing the "Start/Pause" button and resupply with water.
Select the program you want and restart the cycle. If the error occurs again, disconnect the
power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the other error codes from "F04" to "F98" are displayed
The electronic module has a fault.
Press the "On/Off" button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine.
Once the error has been eliminated, press the "Start/Pause" button. If the error occurs again,
disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
