5. Alarm set points/fault monitoring
The following addresses are only available if the unit is fitted
with the alarm relay option. One relay is allocated to each alarm
set point. On an alarm condition and fault, the allocated relay
switches to its idle position. A yellow LE fitted to the unit front
panel indicates the relay function in accordance with the NAM-
UR NE44 recommendation: LE illuminated on active relay;
LE off on idle relay. The option LC display gives further
information as to the type of limit infringement.
