4.2.3 Battery Level Indicator.
The battery level indicator shows the estimated remaining battery capacity.
In order to increase the life of the battery and prevent a full discharge which
may damage it, the assistance modes are limited based on the state of
charge of the battery:
• Battery with charge above 20%: It is available 100% of maximum
assistance level.
NOTE
• Battery with charge of 10-20%: Assistance level is limited to 50% of
maximum assistance.
• Battery with charge of 5-10%: Assistance level is limited to 25% of
maximum assistance.
• Battery with charge of 1-5%: : Assistance is not allowed. Only light can be
turned on.

4.2.4 System Error Indic.
The pedal assistance system continuously checks its status. This is an intelligent system
that continuously checks the status of its different components.
The possible operating errors are described in the Troubleshooting section of this manual (if the problem
persists, turn off the motor and contact a BH store).
If the problem cannot be fixed, contact a BH store to inspect the bicycle as
soon as possible.

4.2.5 Additional Functions.
Connecting your smartphone via Bluetooth allows you to access additional functions if you download the BH
Core application that is available in iOS and Android.
• Changing the Assistance Level colours.
• Eliminating Assistance Levels, setting your assistance % to zero.
• Changing the assistance and acceleration % parameters for each level of assistance.
