long transfemoral residual limbs.

Female pyramid (2026) for medium to short transfemoral residual
limbs.

Euro 4-Hole (2055) for medium/short transfemoral residual limbs,
in combination with 4-Hole Socket Adapter (A-122100 or A-125100).

Male pyramid (2025 or 2025T) for medium/short transfemoral
residual limbs or hip disarticulation.
Important: Always use original Total Knee/Össur adapters. Fully engage
threads. Align pinch bolt 90° anteriorly for male pyramid, prong adapters
and Euro 4-hole adapter, but 45° for female pyramid (Figure C). Threads
