This frame has to be installed before
the stove is fitted.
The ideal positioning is with a 5 mm
protrusion at the front [photo 1].
This prevents heat from getting
too close to the wall and hides any
imperfections in the brickwork.
Leave a 5 mm gap for expansion
around the frame. Bridge the gap
with a flexible seal (resistance up to
150°C).
This frame is not a lintel, it is not
designed to bear weight [diagram 2].
The holes in the frame's wing pieces
are not for attaching the frame
[diagram 3]. Never screw anything
into the stove.
