Possible Faults - ATIKA V 11000 Notice Originale

Before each fault elimination:
 Stop the engine and allow it to cool down.
 Remove the spark plug connector.
 Wear gloves.

After each fault clearance, put into operation and recheck all security installations.

Motor does not start
Engine starts and is stalled

Possible cause
 Incorrect starting sequence
 Air filter contaminated.
 Fuel filter fouled
 No fuel supply
 Fault in the fuel line
 Oil level too low, oil guard has responded
 Cranking mechanism defective
 Engine flooded.
 Spark plug connector not placed on.
 No ignition spark.
 Engine defective.
 Carburetor defective
 Incorrect idle adjustment
 Carburetor defective
 Spark plug fouled
 Fuel line blocked
 Water and dirt in the fuel tank
 Air filter contaminated
 Deposits on the throttle lever / throttle
cable
 Speed too high on hard ground
 Ground too hard

Possible faults

Corrective action
 Observe the correct starting sequence
 Clean/replace the air filter.
 Clean or replace the fuel filter
 Fill the fuel tank.
 Check the fuel line for kinks or damages
 Replenish motor oil (see chapter "Checking the motor oil
level")
 Contact the customer service
 Screw off, clean and dry the spark plug. Then pull the
cranking rope several times and reinstall the spark plug
 Place on the spark plug connector.
 a) Clean or replace the spark plug.
b) Check the ignition cable.
c) Fault cannot be eliminated?
