Behaviour in an emergency situation
Initiate all required first aid measures suited for the injury and seek
qualified medical advice as quick as possible.
Protect the injured person against further injuries and immobilise
the injured person.
Safety Precautions - Safe handling of fuels
Fuels and fuel vapours are inflammable and may cause
serious injury on the skin or when inhaled. Therefore be
careful and provide sufficient ventilation when handling
fuels.
Do not smoke and avoid open flames when fuelling.
Wear gloves when fuelling.
Do not fuel in closed rooms.
Stop the machine and allow it to cool down.
Carefully open the tank cap to relieve possible overpressure.
Avoid spilling of fuel or oil. Clean the device immediately when you
have spilled fuel or oil. Change your clothes immediately when you
have spilled fuel or oil on them.
Make sure no fuel can enter the soil.
Carefully close the tank cap after fuelling and check that it does not
get loose during operation.
Check that there is no leakage on the tank cap and fuel lines. If
there are leaks this product may not be started.
Never use a device with damaged ignition cable and spark plug
connector.Risk of sparking.
Only transport and store fuels in containers approved and identified
for this purpose
Keep children away from fuels.
Do not handle and store fuels close to combustible and highly
inflammable materials as well as sparks and open flames.
Go away at least three metres from the fuelling place to start the
machine.

Handle
Secure the handle assy. (3a) with 2 hexagon screws M 10 x
20, 2 washers A 10.6 and 2 spring rings Ø 10 to the vibratory plate.
Secure the throttle lever (4) with a hexagon screw M 5 x 25
and washer to the handle
Undercarriage
Slide the wheels (5) onto the axle (6) and secure them each
with a spring pin and washers.
Detach the spring pin and pull out the axle journal. Secure the
axes in the shown position using the spring pin.
Insert the bracket of the undercarriage (8) between the
retainer of the vibratory plate. Connect both by pushing the pin dia.
Ø 14 x 100 (9) through and securing it with a spring pin.
Slightly pull back the securing pin (7) if the pin cannot be pushed
through freely.

Place the vibratory plate on the rubber mat.
Order
Secure the rubber mat (10) with the clamping plate (11), 3
number
hexagon screws M 10 x 30, 3 spring rings Ø 10 and 3 washers A
10 to the base plate.
