Heated surface does not

Probable Causes
A. Airjets located below the user's
knees do not function when the
blower is run at low speed.
B. Airjets are blocked.
C. Insufficient voltage to the blower
motor.
A. Insufficient voltage to the blower
motor.
A. Circuit for the outlet has tripped.
B. Blower motor has overheated due
to blockage at the suction, airjets,
and/or blower vents. This caused
the blower motor protection
device to activate.
Probable Causes
A. No power to power supply.
B. User keypad cable is loose or
damaged.
C. User keypad is loose or damaged.
D. Power supply does not work.

Recommended Action
A. Normal operation. No action is
required.
B. Remove the blockage.
C. Adjust the blower motor voltage:
Unplug the blower motor from
the outlet. While holding down
the air system button, plug the
blower motor into the outlet.
Continue to hold the air system
button down for an additional 2
seconds. The blower will confirm
the voltage change by cycling on
for 2 seconds, off for 2 seconds,
then on again for 2 seconds. To
return to the previous setting,
repeat these steps.
A. Adjust the blower motor voltage:
Unplug the blower motor from
the outlet. While holding down
the air system button, plug the
blower motor into the outlet.
Continue to hold the air system
button down for an additional 2
seconds. The blower will confirm

for 2 seconds, off for 2 seconds,
then on again for 2 seconds. To
return to the previous setting,
repeat these steps.
A. Set or reset the GFCI or RCD.
Check and repair the wiring.
B. Remove the blockage. Then allow
the blower motor to cool.
Recommended Action
A. Make sure nothing except the
pump and blower/heated surface
are plugged into their shared
duplex outlet. Set or reset the
GFCI or RCD. Check and repair
the wiring.
B. Check the wire connections. If
necessary, replace the user
keypad cable.
C. Check the wire connections. If
necessary, replace the user
keypad.
D. Replace the power supply.
