6 Putting into operation
Personal injuries and material damage
Incorrect mains connection can result in personal injuries and material damage.
• Mount the components only if the mains plug of the robot welding power source is pulled.
• Check whether the system used is earthed.
• Connect the system only to the sockets which have protective earthing conductor.
• Have a defective and damaged mains connection repaired by a qualified specialist
Risk of injury
Limbs can be crushed and cut.
• Use an appropriate lifting tool with load handling devices for transport and installation.
6 Place the robot welding power source (8) completely on the iROB Cool coolant recirculator (7) and
screw one to another by means of two screws (6) on the front and back side of the device respectively.

1 Connect the coolant hoses.
2 Open the screw cap (4) on the filler neck (6) of the coolant container (3).
3 Remove the sealing cap (5) from the filler neck and store it for later transport.
NOTICE
• The sealing cap (5) must not be put on the filler neck again. It is intended for transport only.
4 Fill the coolant recirculator with the ABICOR BINZEL BTC-50 coolant up to the maximum filling level
mark placed on the side of the device. Do not close the filler neck.
5 Insert the mains plug of the robot welding power source into the mains socket and switch on the system.
