Warnings
• The AquaMic contains small parts that could cause choking if
swallowed.
• Seek medical attention if any headpiece magnets are swallowed.
• Do not use the AquaMic if the housing is broken or cracked.
• Do not use broken, frayed, or cracked cables.
• The color cap must be attached when the headpiece is in use.
• Use the minimum number of magnets required to
ensure sufficient magnetic attraction of the AquaMic.
• If irritation, pressure, or redness occurs, contact your
cochlear implant center.
Intended Use
The AquaMic Headpiece transfers sound signals and power from the
sound processor to the implant, and system data from the implant to
the processor. The AquaMic Headpiece may also be used in environ-
ments with water or particulate matter (e.g. dust, sand).
