Setting time
Pull out the small knob at the back of the Bodyclock to set the time.
This knob is also used to set the wake-up time.
IMPORTANT: make sure you turn the knob in the direction of the
arrow next to it, or you may damage the clock mechanism.
When the clock shows the correct time, push the knob back in.

Setting the sunrise
Use the small knob at the back of the Bodyclock to set the orange hand
to the desired wake-up time.
IMPORTANT: make sure you turn the knob in the direction of the arrow
next to it, or you may damage the clock mechanism.
NOTE: the wake-up time is the time at which the light reaches full
brightness. If, for example, you wanted to wake at 7:00, point the orange
wake-up hand to 7:00; at 6:30 the sunrise will start and the light will
come on with a very faint glow, getting slowly brighter until it reaches
full brightness at 7:00.
When A is up the wake-up function is ON.
When A is down the wake-up function is OFF.

switch to RADIO.
To have the beeper come on at wake-up time, after the sunrise, set

If you don't want an audible back-up signal, set the switch to LIGHT.
To turn off the radio or beeper after it has sounded, press A.
If the radio or beeper is not turned off manually, after a while they
will automatically shut off, together with the light.
7
Using the radio
You can listen to the radio during the day or at night before you are
ready to go to sleep.
To turn the radio on, set the slide switch to RADIO.
When you want to turn the radio off, move the switch to another
setting.
Use the waveband switch to select AM or FM.
The AM aerial is built in, so you may have to turn the Bodyclock
around slightly to find the best reception.
The FM aerial is the wire coming from the back of the Bodyclock. Try
moving the wire around to find the best reception.
The numbers printed on the inside of the tuning dial show the AM
frequency; the outer scale shows the FM frequency.
