Safety instructions
1. Read and strictly follow this installation and operating instructions to ensure a
long life and reliable heater operation.
2. The manufacturer of this cylinder will not be liable for any damages due to the
failure to follow the installation and operation instructions.
3. The cylinder must not be installed in rooms where the temperature may drop
below 0
C.
o
4. The cylinder installation and initial start-up as well as all electrical and hydraulic
work must be performed by a qualified professional installer.
5. The cylinder is designed for horizontal installation only (on two supports).
6. The cylinder must be connected to the water system and central heating system
after mounting.
7. The tank is equipped with a magnesium anode - an additional protection against
corrosion. The anode is an operating part therefore it is exposed to wear.
The condition of the magnesium anode should be controlled every 12 months,
however it is due to be replaced with a new one every 18 months.
8. All pipe connections must be made in accordance with diagram in this installation
instruction. Failure to observe the installation instruction invalidate the warranty
and may cause cylinder damage.
9. The cylinder must be mounted in the place and in such a way to avoid room
flooding caused be leaking tank or connectors.
10. Maximum pressure of cylinder jacket (WP/WPW/WPZ) must not exceed 0,3
MPa.
11. If cylinder is heated directly by the coil of solid fuel cooker then it must be installed
in an open vented central heating system and protected against the excessive
pressure by a feed and expansion tank and fittings in accordance with binding
standards.
12. WP/WPW/WPZ cylinder need to be filled out with a water in the following se-
quence:

fill the cylinder tank ,
-
fill the cylinder jacket.
13. Do not use the cylinder if you suspect that the safety valve may be faulty.
14. Rated temperature of water in cylinder should not exceed 80
over 80
C may cause damage to the thermal cover. It's not covered under the

warranty service.
