SPINDEL
h. Verwendung des Spindelanschlags
- Installieren Sie den Spindelanschlag auf dem Maschinen-
tisch. (Siehe «Montage des Spindelanschlags».)
- Platzieren Sie den Fräsanschlag (M5) auf oder unter dem
Werkzeug, damit er der Werkstückführung dient.
- Stellen Sie die Spanabnahme ein (Xmax).
- Der Angriffsanschlag (M6) dient dazu, das Werkstück zum
unteren Anschlag zu führen.
- Stellen Sie den Eingangsanschlag (M6) so ein, dass er den
Fräsanschlag (M5) berührt.
- Führen Sie das Werkstück zum Kontakt mit dem
Angriffsanschlag (M6) und schieben Sie es gegen den
Fräsanschlag (M5).
- Schieben Sie das Werkstück zügig bis zur maximalen
Spanabnahme (Xmax).
i. Verwendung des Zapfenschlittens
- Installieren Sie den Zapfenschlitten auf der Maschine.
(Siehe «Montage des Zapfenschlittens».)
- Stellen Sie einen Hilfsanschlag (M4) her und spannen Sie
ihn zwischen die beiden Anschläge ein, bis nur noch die
Schneide des Werkzeugs hervorsteht, und damit eine sichere
Arbeit gewährleistet ist.
- Platzieren Sie den Schlitten am Eingang des Maschinentisches
(M5) (rechts vom Werkzeug).
- Spannen Sie das Werkstück fest auf den Schlittentisch
(A7).
- Schieben Sie den Schlitten gegen das Tischende (M5).

allow safe working.
- Placer the carriage at the entry of the machine table (M5)
(at the right side of the tool).
- Clamp the work piece onto the carriage table (A7).
- Push the carriage against the table end (M5).
