Care
Ensure before cleaning the Beefer and loose parts that the Beefer is switched off
and that the gas feed to the Beefer is blocked.
WARNING!
Burn hazard due to burning or hot fat! Hot fat in the fat pan or
the tray can ignite after a longer period of time. Hot fat can lead to skin burns.
Regularly clean the fat pan or tray and do not spill hot fat. Ensure that the hot fat
doesn't come into contact with water.
The easiest way to clean the Beefer from tough burned-on crust is after each use
in a lukewarm (not hot!) state.
• The inside of your Beefer is completely closed up. Liquids cannot run into the
housing of your Beefer. Ensure that the tray is installed during the
beef process.
• You can lift up the grill grate carriers
bracket, then forwards out of the oven area.
• The grate, the tray and all other loose parts can be simply cleaned in a
dishwasher.
• Make sure that the ventilation opening(s) of the LPG bottle are enclosure free
and clear from debris. See manufacturer's instructions.
• Contact the Beefer Service Team or a local dealer for replacement parts.
If the performance is substandard, you can clean the nozzles or, if necessary,
exchange them.
Proceed as follows:
1. Remove the Beefer from the gas feed.
2. Loosen the screws to the housing cover and remove it.
ATTENTION:
The nozzle holes may not be pierced with tips or hard needles or be
pushed through. Use only soft brushes.
3. Loosen the nozzles and clean them thoroughly in fat solvents, and wait until
they are dry.
