Clipping in the cable holder
Clip the cable holder (13) into
the lower bar (4) and use it to
secure the equipment cable
(17).
Assemble the carrying handle
of the grass catcher
1. Loosen the cross-drive screw
(14a) on the carrying handle (14).
2. Place the carrying handle (14)
on the upper side of the grass
catcher (7) and screw it tight
with a cross-drive screw (14a)
from below.
Operation
Attention: Do not operate the ap-
pliance until the collision guard
and grass catcher are fully in-
stalled. Risk of injury!
Mounting/Removing the grass
catcher
During delivery the mulching kit is
inserted and must be removed be-
fore mounting the grass catcher.
If necessary, also remove the pro-
tection caps on the grass catcher.
Mounting the grass catcher
1. Lift the collision guard (5).
2. Remove the mulching kit (
20) if used (see "Insert/remove
mulching kit")
3. Place the grass catcher (7) on the
mounting bracket (22) provided at
the back of the lawn mower.
4. Lower the collision guard (5)
onto the grass catcher (7) - it
will keep it in place.
Removing the grass catcher
5. Lift the collision guard (5).
6. Unhook the grass catcher from
the mounting bracket. Flap
down the collision guard to the
housing.
On emptying the grass catcher
also refer to section "Disposal/en-
vironment".
Insert/Remove mulching kit
Insert mulching kit:
1. Lift the collision guard (5).
2. Remove the grass catch (
7) if used (see "Mount/remove
grass catcher")
3. Insert the red locking button
(21) downwards and insert the
mulching kit (20). The red lock-
ing button clicks into place.
Remove mulching kit:
4. Lift the collision guard (5).
5. Insert the red locking button
(21) downwards and remove the
mulching kit (20).
Adjusting the Cut Height
Switch off the equipment, discon-
nect the plug and wait for the blade
to stop. There is a risk of injury.
Hold the cutting height adjuster
(11) and move it to the correct cut-
ting height, as appropriate.
The equipment has 7 positions for
adjusting the cut height: 30 - 75 mm
