Maintenance
Replace the engine oil.
Replace the oil filter.
Clean the air filter.
Replace the air filter.
Replace the primary fuel filter and the secondary fuel filter.
Do a check of the tension of the alternator belt and tighten if
necessary.
Replace the alternator belt.
Do a check of the fuel hoses and make sure that there are no
cracks or leakages.
Replace the fuel hoses.
Cutting deck
Clean the cutting deck, below the belt covers and below the cut-
ting deck.
Examine the cutting deck for damages.
Examine the blades in the cutting deck. Sharpen and balance if
it is necessary.
Examine the V-belt of the cutting deck.
Replace the V-belt of the cutting deck.
Do a check of the oil level in the bevel gear.
Replace the oil in the bevel gear.
Do a check of the parallelism of the cutting deck.
Wheels and transmissions
Examine and tighten the wheel nuts with the correct torque. (84
Nm)
Do a check of/adjust front and rear wheel speed.
Make sure that the tire pressure is correct. Refer to
data on page 60 .
Replace the oil in the transmissions
Lubricate the wheel axles splines
Do a check of the oil level in the transmissions and clean the
magnetic plug.
