A - GENERAL CUTTING MODE ON FLAT AND CUTTING OF GRIDS.
This is the most general working mode, to cover the cut between the minimum and maximum current margins (20
÷ 100A), use a tip items 7-8 and a two-point spacer system (item 11). For precision contact cutting, an item 6 tip
can be used without a two-points spacer system, we recommend this for thicknesses less than 6 mm with a cutting
current level of less than 40 A.
This type of cutting can be carried out in three ways:
A1) Precision contact cutting, without the need to use the spacer (Tip item 6).
A2) Cutting on flat with spacer for currents of 50-70 (Tip item 7).
A3) Cutting on flat with spacer for currents above 70 A (Tip item 8) ...

B - CONTACT CUTTING MODE.
In some applications, it may be necessary to carry out contact cutting, with currents greater 40
A and thicknesses above 6 mm. This may be the case because the maximisation of cutting speed is desired or for
convenience in the torch guidance system. For these cases of contact cutting mode, the consumables KIT will be the
following:

C- GOUGING WORKING MODE.
This mode allows a very efficient removal of the material. Adjusting the current from 20÷100 A will allow
adjusting the depth of gouging.
