Load Limit (WLL). Deze WLL geeft aan wat de maximale capaciteit van de gebruikte takel mag zijn. - De Altrex dakbalken mogen uitsluitend gebruikt worden op platte daken. - Controleer de belastbaarheid van de dakconstructie waar de dakbalk geplaatst wordt, voordat de installatie wordt opgebouwd. - Page 9 8.5 Beëindiging en demontage - Na het beëindigen van de werkzaamheden moeten eerst de staalkabels gedemonteerd worden, voordat contragewichten of andere onderdelen van de hangbruginstallatie gedemonteerd mogen worden. - De dakbalk wordt gedemonteerd in de omgekeerde volgorde van de montage www.altrex.com...

Page 10: Bediening Van De Hangbrug
- Controleer alle onderdelen op beschadiging. Beschadigde, versleten of verkeerde onderdelen mogen niet worden gebruikt. Vervang deze uitsluitend door originele Altrex onderdelen. Deze moeten op dezelfde wijze gemonteerd worden als het te vervangen onderdeel, om ongevallen te voorkomen. Montage (bevestiging) en/of reparatie geschiedt voor eigen rekening en risico. -

Bij bemerkte tekortkomingen wordt “Nee” aangekruist, zodat deze kunnen worden verholpen. Uiteindelijk hoort de controlelijst afgetekend te worden. N.B: De MHB moet niet worden gebruikt zolang deze tekortkomingen niet verholpen zijn. - Roof beams are designed and classified for a certain Work Load Limit (WLL). The WLL specifies the maximum capacity for the hoist used. - Altrex roof beams can only be used on flat roofs. - Before assembling the installation, check the load bearing capacity of the roof construction of the building to work on. - Page 19 8.5 End of work and disassembly - After the work has ended, the steel cables must be disassembled first, before counterweights or other components of the suspended platform system may be dismantled. - The roof beam is disassembled in reverse order to assembly. www.altrex.com...

Page 20: Operating The Suspended Platform
- Check all parts for damage. Damaged, worn-out or incorrect parts may not be used. Replace these parts only with original Altrex parts. To prevent accidents, these parts must be mounted in the same way as the part that is replaced. Mounting (fastening) and/or repair are at your own expense and risk. -
