Initial operation
Plug the mains plug of the transformer into the mains plug socket.
We assume in this example that you are operating a locomotive with
the address 3. Place the locomotive with an installed decoder on the
tracks of your model railway system.
5.1 First run
During the first run, the
locomotive address 0003 (factory
setting) will be shown on the
display.
Use the following control keys to control both speed and direction of
motion:

Explanation
Use this key to decrease the
running notch by 1; the
locomotive slows down.
Press the key and keep it
pressed: the running notch
keeps decreasing until 0.
When the running notch is altered, the display changes automatically
from showing the address to showing the running notch. When
running notch 0 is reached, the address will be shown continuously.
If you want to alter your locomotive's direction of motion, set the
running notch to 0 and press the hexagonal key. The new direction of
motion is shown on the display.
Use key 0 to switch your digital locomotive's lighting – if connected -
on and off. This will be indicated by a lamp symbol shown on the
LH100's display.
Explanation
