PROBLEM
Too much/not enough material

REMEDY
Check dial settings and rate gate
linkage position
Turn dial so milled out portion
(#9.9) allows gate to open fully
Ensure battery harness is properly
connected to battery and motor
controller.
Ensure motor harness is connected
to motor and motor controller.
Check and replace 15 amp fuse.
To avoid electrical damage, only use
15 amp.
Under voltage condition. Turn
switch off, wait 5 seconds and turn
switch on.
Overload condition, Turns switch
off, wait 5 seconds and turn switch
on. If problem continues, turn
switch off.
Turn off switch, remove agitator.
Scoop material from hopper and
replace with dry material
Ensure screen is in place.
Open gate in small increments.
Replace agitator with part number
1008241. Do not use any other
agitator.
