4.3 Gate speed

DANGER Any change to the gate speed setting must be performed by a professional motor and home
automation installer. Any changes which do not comply with these instructions represent a danger to
the safety of both people and property.
Field of application
Set the gate speed in accordance with the table below:
Gate weight
0 to <100 kg
100 to <200 kg
200 to <300 kg
300 to <400 kg
400 to <500 kg
500 to <600 kg
WARNING If the speed setting is changed, the installer must check that the obstacle detection system
complies with appendix A of standard EN 12 453. Failure to follow these instructions could result in
serious injury, e.g. crushing by the gate.
