Installing the system bar in the system knee joint
1) Insert the system bar (19) into the system bar receiver (15) and mark the
bore on the system bar (19).

Gluing the system bar
For stability reasons, the system bar (19) must be glued into the system bar

2) Mix the special adhesive and hardener thoroughly and apply it to the
components being glued.
3) Insert the system bar (19) and secure it with the set screw (9). The final
bonding strength of the adhesive is reached after 16 h.

Secure the joint bolt (11) and the joint nut (13) with 636K13 Loctite 241.
Verify the proper functionality of the product.
Removing the system bar
1) Unscrew the set screw (9).
