SAUNA TROUBLE-SHOOTING

(only for the products Logica Twin, S+H Twin, Logica Sauna, S-One)
If there is a problem with the system, the sauna is switched off and the "Sauna" icon starts flashing, as shown
below.
PROBLEM
Panel stays off
Internal light/colour-therapy
doesn't work
Heater doesn't heat up
Contact an approved service centre or the company direct for anything not covered by
the above table.
Never, under any circumstances, attempt any repair work that is not included in the
"SOLUTIONS" column of the above table.
All repair work must be carried out by an approved service centre or by the manufacturer.

TRANSPORT AND HANDLING

If it is necessary to move a Home Spa product within the same room or to another
room, it must be dismantled and reassembled following the instructions accompanying
the product for initial assembly.
Never, under any circumstances, lift a fully assembled Home Spa product manually or
using lifting equipment.

SOLUTION
- Check the general electrical
distribution board and switch
Check the cable connection at
the back of the ceiling light fitting
1) Call the technical help line
2) Check that the stones are not
positioned in a way that obstructs
the air circulation inside the heater.
