4.4 Patient information
CAUTION
General use of electrodes
Skin irritation may occur under the electrodes.
► After removing the prosthetic components, check the skin beneath
them for pressure sores and irritation.
► Observe safety information in the instructions for use.

Damaged electrode cable
Injury due to unexpected product behaviour as a result of uncontrolled
activation of the prosthesis component.
► Power down the system and contact your orthopaedic technician.

Use of a damaged product
Injury due to loss of product functionality.
► Prior to use, conduct an external visual inspection to verify that all parts
of the product are undamaged.
► In case of damage, have the product repaired promptly.

Penetration of product with dirt and humidity

► Ensure that neither solid particles nor liquids can penetrate into the
product.

Remaining in areas outside the allowable temperature range
