Malfunctions without error display

Malfunction
Display remains dark
No reaction when taping on a
key on the display.

Cause
Steam generator Nordmann
AT4 D not switched on.
No supply voltage present:
– supply cable not or not cor-
rectly connected.
– Power board and/or control
board of the Nordmann AT4 D
defective.
Contrast too weak.
Display defective.
Control board of the external
steam bath control defective.
Remedy
Switch on steam generator.
– Connect cable correctly.
– Check/replace power board
and/or control board of the
Nordmann AT4 D.
Note: the green control LED on
control board of the external
steam bath control lights if the
supply voltage (24 VDC) is pre-
sent (the LED is visible only if the
touch panel is dismantled.
Set the contrast correctly using
the potentiometer on the control
board (see chapter 5.1).
Replace display.
Replace control board.
