Before calling customer service, please restart the device. If the fault occurs repeatedly or if the described measures
do not remedy the problem, please contact Truma Service.

Rectification
–
Check battery voltage and charge battery if
necessary.

Short-term immediate measure. Switch off
powerful consumers and start vehicle engine
until the device is running.

Insufficient battery capacity, replace worn out
battery if necessary.

Error in standby – check on-board power
system.

Error in charging mode – please contact Truma
Service.

Check gas supply and open valves.
–
Use regulator heating (EisEx).
–
Use propane. (Butane is unsuitable, particularly
at temperatures of less than 10 °C).

Several starting procedures may be necessary.
