Trouble-shooting list

Before calling customer service, please restart the device. If the fault occurs repeatedly or if the described measures
do not remedy the problem, please contact Truma Service.

Rectification
Check battery voltage and charge battery if
necessary.
Short-term immediate measure. Switch off
powerful consumers and start vehicle engine
until the device is running.
Insufficient battery capacity, replace worn out
battery if necessary.
Error in standby – check on-board power
system.
Error in charging mode – please contact Truma
Service.
Check gas supply and open valves.
Use regulator heating (EisEx).
Use propane. (Butane is unsuitable, particularly
at temperatures of less than 10 °C).
Several starting procedures may be necessary.
Check gas supply. See error F 10.

Flush system 2-3 times.
(Drain water from system via the drain valve
and fill with deionised water via the top-up
container).

Check whether openings are clear. Remove soil-
ing (slush, ice, leaves etc.).
