3) Qualora l'albero cardanico fornito ab-
bia il mozzo con bloccaggio a bulloni (2
Fig. 8), assicurarsi che questi siano
serrati con forza.
4) Affiancare le due metà del cardano.
Trovare la lunghezza minima di scorri-
mento «L» (Fig. 7). Se l'albero carda-
nico risultasse troppo lungo si dovran-
no accorciare, in uguale misura, prima
i due tubi di protezione in plastica
esterni, poi quelli metallici interni (ve-
dere Fig. 7). Quindi sbavare e lubrifi-
care.
CAUTELA:
Quando l'albero cardanico è sfilato al
massimo, i due tubi devono sovrap-
porsi per almeno 15 cm. Quando esso
è inserito al massimo, il gioco minimo
consentito deve essere di 4 cm.
CAUTELA:
Usando l'erpice su di un altro trattore,
verificare quanto riportato nei punti
sopra; se necessario adottare un nuo-
vo albero cardanico.

3) If the supplied cardan shaft has a bolt-
locked hub (2 Fig. 8), check that these
bolts are fully tightened.
4) Place the two halves of the cardan
shaft side by side.
Establish the minimum sliding length
"L" (Fig. 7). If the cardan shaft is tool
long, it must be shortened.
Proceed by first equally shortening the
two external plastic guard tubes then
the internal metal ones (see Fig. 7).
Finish by trimming and lubricating.
CAUTION:
When the cardan shaft is fully
extended, the two tubes must overlap
by at least 15 cm. When fully inserted,
the minimum play must be 4 cm.
CAUTION:
If the implement is used on another
tractor, always check the before and
that the guards copletely cover the
rotating parts of the cardan shaft.

safety clutch to protect the transmission
components of the machine from stress

Gelenkwelle hat eine Standardlänge. Aus
diesem Grund muß sie an den Schlepper
angepaßt werden, mit dem der Krümler
benutzt werden soll. Dazu auf die folgende
Weise vorgehen:
1) Den
Schutz
der
Gelenkwelle
abnehmen.
2) Die beiden Teile der Gelenkwelle
auseinanderziehen und wie folgt
anordnen: Einen Teil an die Zapfwelle
des Gerätes annähern und die
Arretierung einrasten lassen. Den
anderen Teil an die Zapfwelle des
Schleppers annähern, ebenfalls bis er
in der Arretierung einrastet.
3) Sollte die mit dem Gerät gelieferte
Gelenkwelle eine mit Schraubbolzen
blockierte Nabe (2 Abb. 8) haben,
sicherstellen, daß diese angezogen
sind.
4) Die beiden Hälften der Gelenkwelle
aneinander annähern. Die kleinste
Gleitlänge "L" finden (Abb. 7). Wenn
die beiden Teile der Gelenkwelle zu
lang sein sollten, müssen sie abgelängt
werden, und zwar beide im gleichen
Ausmaß,
zuerst
der
äußere
Kunststoffschutz, dann der innere
Metallteil (vgl. Abb. 7). Dann sind sie
zu entgraten und zu schmieren.
VORSICHT:
Wenn die Gelenkwelle so weit wie
möglich auseinandergezogen ist,
müssen die beiden Teile sich noch um

4) Posez les deux moitiés de l'arbre à
cardans une à côté de l'autre. Mesurez
la longueur minimum de coulissement

vous devrez raccourcir de la même
dimension les deux tubes de protection
extérieurs en plastique et puis les tubes
métalliques intérieurs (voir Fig. 7).
Ensuite ébavurez et graissez.
IMPORTANT:
Quand l'arbre à cardans est déboîté
au maximum, les deux tubes doivent
se superposer d'au moins 15 cm.
Quand il est entièrement rentré, le jeu
minimum admissible doit être de 4 cm.
IMPORTANT:
Si vous utilisez l'outillage sur un autre
tracteur, vérifiez les instructions du
point precedent et controlez que les
protections couvrent entièrement les
parties en rotation de l'arbre à cardans.
Réglage de l'arbre à cardans avec
embrayage
L'arbre à cardans peut être équipé
d'embrayage de sécurité pour protéger

bloqueo.

bloqueo de bulones (2 Fig. 8), controlar
que estos últimos esten bien ajustados.
4) Juntar las dos mitades del cardán.
Encontrar la longitud mínima de
deslizamiento "L" (Fig.7). Si el árbol
cardánico resulta demasiado largo
deberemos acortar, en medida equi-
valente, en primer lugar los tubos de
protección de plastico externos, y luego
los tubos metálicos internos (ver Fig.
7). Luego limar y lubricar.
CAUTELA:
Cuando el árbol cardánico está extraido
al máximo, los dos tubos deben
sobreponerse por lo menos 15 cm.
Cuando está inserido al máximo, el
juego mínimo permitido debe ser de 4
cm.
CAUTELA:
Cuando usamos el equipo con otro
tractor, debemos controlar lo expuesto
en el punto precedente y cerciorarnos
que las protecciones cubran integra-
mente las partes en rotación del árbol
cardánico.
