PRIMA DELL'USO
ATTENZIONE:
Installare, prima della messa in fun-
zione dell'erpice rotante, le protezioni
antinfortunistiche fornite smontate per
ragioni di trasporto:
- Mediante i cavallotti (1 Fig. 4) e i dadi
(2 Fig. 4) montare la protezione ante-
riore (3 Fig. 4) sul tubo (4 Fig. 4), poi
montare le protezioni posteriori (6 Fig.
4) mediante i dadi (5 Fig. 4).
Prima di mettere in funzione l'erpice, ese-
guire le seguenti operazioni:
- Controllare che l'erpice sia perfetta-
mente in ordine, che i lubrificanti siano
al giusto livello (vedere capitolo «Ma-
nutenzione») e che tutti gli organi sog-
getti ad usura e deterioramento siano
pienamente efficienti.
- Controllare che l'erpice, anche quello
provvisto di rullo, sia ben regolato per
l'ottenimento della profondità di lavoro
desiderata.
NORME D'USO
Per ottenere le migliori prestazioni del-
l'erpice, seguire attentamente quanto di
seguito riportato.
AVVERTENZA:
Tutte le seguenti operazioni di manu-
tenzione, regolazione e di appronta-
mento alla lavorazione, devono esse-
re eseguite tassativamente con presa
di forza del trattore disinserita, mac-
china a terra e trattore spento e ben
fermo.
APPLICAZIONE AL
TRATTORE
L'applicazione dell'erpice al trattore deve
avvenire in piano. Tutti gli erpici rotanti
sono applicabili a qualsiasi trattore muni-
to cco universale a tre punti. La ditta
costruttrice, declina ogni responsabilità
per rotture sul trattore.

BEFORE USE
WARNING:
Always install the accident-prevention
guards before using the rotary harrow.
These will have been supplied
demounted for transport reasons:
- Using the U-bolts (1 Fig. 4) and nuts (2
Fig. 4), mount the front guards (3 Fig.
4) on the tube (4 Fig. 4) and then
mount the rear guards (6 Fig. 4) using
the nuts (5 Fig. 4).
Carry out the following operations before
using the harrow:
- Check that the harrow is in perfect
order, that the lubricants are at the
correct
levels
(consult
the
"Maintenance" chapter) and that all
parts subject to wear and deterioration
are fully efficient.
- Check that the harrow, even those
equipped with rollers, are well adjusted
in order to obtain the desired work
depth.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Strictly comply with the following
instructions to obtain the best
performances from the harrow.
WARNING:
None of the following servicing,
adjustment
and
preparation
operations must be carried out unless
the pto is disengaged, the machine is
on the ground, the tractor engine is off
and the tractor itself is safely at a
braked.
HITCHING TO THE
TRACTOR
Work on a flat surface when fitting the
harrow to the tractor. All rotary harrows
can be fitted to any tractor with a universal
3-point coupling. The manufacturer
declines all responsibility for damage to
the tractor.

DER
INBETRIEBNAHME
ACHTUNG:
Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Krümlers
sind die Unfallschutz-Elemente zu
installieren, die für den Transport
abmontiert worden sind:
- Mit den Schraubstiften (1 Abb. 4) und
den Muttern (2 Abb. 4) den vorderen
Schutz (3 Abb. 4) auf das Rohr (4
Abb. 4) montieren. Dann mit den
Muttern (5 Abb. 4) die hinteren
Schutzteile (6 Abb. 4) montieren.
Bevor der Krümler in Betrieb genommen
wird,
sind
folgende
Punkte
sicherzustellen:
- Der Krümler muß vollkommen in
Ordnung sein, die Schmierstoffüllung
muß stimmen (vgl. Kapitel "Wartung")
und alle Verschleiß und Beschädigung
ausgesetzten Teile müssen voll
leistungsfähig sein.
- Sicherstellen, daß der Krümler, auch
wenn er mit Walze versehen ist, gut
eingestallt ist, damit er die gewünschte
Arbeitstiefe erreicht.
BETRIEBSANLEITUNG
Um die besten Leistungen des Krümlers
zu erhalten, immer die folgenden
Anleitungen beachten.
ACHTUNG:
Alle im folgenden beschriebenen
Wartungs, Einstellungs und Rüstar-
beiten müssen mit ausgeschalteter
Schlepper-Zapfwelle, Gerät am Boden

ATTENTION:
Avant de mettre la machine en marche
montez les protections qui sont livrées
démontées pour des raisons de
transport.
- Montez la protection avant (3 Fig. 4)
sur le tuyau (4 Fig. 4) au moyen des
cavaliers (1 Fig. 4) et des écrous (2
Fig. 4); ensuite montez les protections
arrière (6 Fig. 4) au moyen des écrous
(5 Fig. 4).
Avant la mise en marche de la herse
effectuez les opérations suivantes:
- Vérifiez que la machine est en parfait
état, que les lubrifiants sont au bon
niveau (voir chapitre «Entretien») et
que toutes les pièces exposées à l'usu-
re et à la détérioration sont en bon état.
- Vérifiez que la machine, même celle à
rouleau, est réglée à la profondeur de
travail désirée.
UTILISATION
Pour obtenir les meilleures performances
de votre appareil respectez attentivement
les instructions ci-après.
ATTENTION:
Toutes les opérations d'entretien,
réglage et préparation au travail ne
doivent être effectuées que si la prise
de force du tracteur est débrayée, la
houe rotative posée par terre et le
tracteur éteint et bloqué.
ATTELAGE
AU TRACTEUR
L'attelage de l'outil au tracteur doit être
effectué sur un terrain plat. Toutes les
herses rotatives peuvent s'adapter à
n'importe quel tracteur muni d'un attelage
universel à trois points. Le constructeur
décline toute responsabilité dans le cas
de ruptures sur le tracteur.

ATENCION
Instalar, antes de la puesta en función
de la grada rotatoria, las protecciones
contra accidentes que se suministran
desmontadas por razones de espacio.
- Mediante pernos en U (1 Fig. 4) mon-
tar la protección anterior (3 Fig. 4)
sobre el tubo (4 Fig. 4), luego montar
las protecciones posteriores (6 Fig. 4)
mediante las tuercas (5 Fig. 4).
Antes de poner en función la grada
efectuar las siguientes operaciones:
- Controlar que la grada esté
perfectamente en orden, que los
lubricantes estén al nivel adecuado
(ver capítulo "Mantenimiento") y que
todos los órganos sujetos a desgaste
y deterioramento estén en perfecto
estado.
- Controlar que la grada, incluso la
versión con rodillo, esté bien regulada
para obtener la profundidad de trabajo
deseada.
NORMAS DE USO
Para obtener las mejores prestaciones
del equipo, seguir las siguientes
instrucciones.
ATENCION:
Las siguientes operaciones de
manutención,
regulación
y
preparación para el trabajo, deben
realizarse siempre con la toma de
fuerza del tractor desactivada, la
máquina sobre el suelo y el tractor
apagado y detenido.
APLICACION
AL TRACTOR
El enganche de la grada debe realizarse
sobre una superficie plana. Todas la
gradas rotativas pueden ser aplicadas a
cualquier tractor que posea el enganche
universal de tres puntos. El fabricante
declina toda responsabilidad por las
