7. Working life

7.9.2 Commissioning a number of lifting columns

•
Test the safe state of the lifting columns 1.
•
Plug the hand switch into socket 2.
•
Interconnect the lifting columns while plugging the
connection lead into socket 5 (see section 7.10.1).
•
Put the termination plug into the free termination so-
cket of the first and last lifting columns in each case
(see section 7.10.1).
•
Set the lifting column sequence (see section 7.11.1).
•
Perform an initialisation run (see section 7.12).
•
Note when raising and lowering the lifting column
that this operates the limit switch and at the same
time switches the lifting movement off in the top and
bottom end positions.
