Care instructions
1. Please free your bike regularly from dirt.

2. Please don't wash your bike with a high-pressure cleaner but by hand
wash.
3. To ensure a long durability of tires please keep the tire pressure as
stated on the side walls of the tire.

Warranty
With your decision to buy a Schindelhauer bike, you may call a high-quality
product your own. According to the European warranty claim the period of
warranty is two years. It begins with the delivery to the customer. In proof
of the buy and delivery please store the sales receipt for the constancy
of warranty. Furthermore the generally 2 year period of warranty there is
a so-called reversal of the burden of proof for a period of 6 month. This
means that in this period, the buyer has to prove that the product was in
perfect working order at the date of sell after the 6 months period expires.
In all Schindelhauer frames we offer a 5 year warranty from date of
purchase with regard to material defects and processing error. The
warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the Product. Transfer of the
Product from the first purchaser to another person terminates this limited.
The warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by improper handling (see Intended Usage) or trough
force majeure.
2. All parts which are underlying a functional wear as far as there is no
production or material failure (page 55).
3. Damage caused by improper or poor care or Non-professional repairs,
rebuilding or replacements of parts.
4. Damage caused by accidents or other abnormal interferences as far
they are not traced back to information or product failures.
5. Repairs with used parts or following damages due to this.
6. Damage caused under competitive circumstances.
7. Subsequent additional parts which are not included in the delivery
scope at the date of delivery or damages caused while assembling
these parts.
Final provision
Most of the provided information in this manual is universal for different
bike models. Therefore please also make sure to read the bike part and
component manuals as well. If you would like any more information about
any of the points mentioned here, your dealer will be glad to help you.
