Adjusting the belt tension

1. Remove the coaster brake's torque support screw from the frame
(fig.15). Then loosen both SW15 axle nuts (0.5-1 turn) until the rear
wheel can freely move.

2. Now apply a 17mm combination wrench onto the clamping cone.
3. To decrease belt tension on the drive site turn counter clockwise. To
increase belt tension turn clockwise.
4. Now fix the rear wheel by tightening the axle nuts (hand-tight, fig. 20).
5. Do this on both sides to straighten out the wheel between the rear
stays.
6. Control the belt tension. If the deflection is not according the require-
ments loosen the bolts and adjust the belt tension again (page 38).
7. Finally, the axle nuts must be tightened with the default torque.
Do not forget to bolt the coaster brake's torque support!

Removing the tooth belt

1. Remove the rear wheel (see on page 31)
2. Remove the stainless steel cover. Therefore remo-ve the three coun-
tersunk bolts M2.5x8 with TORX 8 (fig. 24) as well as the bolt M6x55
which you can find at the bottom side of the drop out (fig. 23).
3. Remove the frame key
4. Remove the belt trough the gap at the drop out. (fig. 25).
5. The assembling is in reverse order. Make sure that after assembling the
belt is in instructed track. The belt must not run entangled.
Do not forget to bolt the coaster brake's torque support!
