Safety Instructions:

1) Note! Read assembly instructions before use.
2) Caution! Disconnect power supply, pull plug out.
3) Caution! Wear protective gloves during use.
4) Caution! Danger from spraying medium, use protective goggles.
5) Observe note, e.g. never point pressure hose at people or animals
6) Environmentally compatible disposal
Non-observance of the safety instructions can also endanger persons
as well as the environment and the plant.
Non-observance of the safety instructions can lead to the loss of any claims for damages. The
system operator must ensure that the contents of the operating instructions, in particular the
safety instructions, are known to the operating personnel.
The operating personnel must be trained on a regular basis.
Note
The electric diaphragm pump must be disconnected from the mains if the system is not used for a
-
longer period of time (e.g. holiday, weekend). Switch the pump off with the on/off switch and pull
out the plug.
In order to avoid crystallization of the urea solution in the pump, the system must be completely
-
emptied and rinsed with a neutral liquid (water) when not in use for 2 weeks or longer.
Do not let the pump run against the closed pistol for more than 3 minutes

Please note that the pump heats up during this process.

In regard to the 12V - 24V version, first connect the + pole and then the - pole to the battery.

The system must not be operated in potentially explosive areas.

Pumped media of hazardous substance class A1 and A2 must not be conveyed.

Ensure that the 220V Schuko socket is secured with at least 10 A.

Ensure that the pump is secure.

Only use original approved accessories. No liability can be accepted for accidents caused by third
-
party parts.
The operational safety of the system is only guaranteed if it is used as intended.

Manipulations or changes to the pump are prohibited.

When combining with a drum and trolley, apply the parking brake when parking.

Preparatory measures/ handling
Wear suitable protective gloves and goggles when using the device.
Observe the relevant safety data sheets for the pumped media used.
Regularly Instruct employees.
Do not sharply bend the pressure hose.
In general, only operate the system under supervision in order to prevent containers from
overflowing or the nozzle from slipping out.
