5.4 RADIATOR
Keep the radiator core clean. Use a jet of compressed air from the side opposite
the air flow created by the fan.
Every 8-10 hours check the coolant level in the expansion reservoir 2, Fig. 12.
When the engine is cold, the level should be around the halfway mark.
It is advisable to use FIAT PARAFLU 11
Change the coolant every 2 years. Amount required is around 7-8 litres.
Drain the coolant from the tap at the bottom left of the radiator.
Do not open the radiator expansion reservoir when the engine is
hot. The coolant is under pressure and at a high temperature and
is therefore a hazard and can cause severe burns.
5.5 AIR FILTER
Clean the filter (N.1 fig.12) every 8 hours and each time the relevant indicator
(N° 7 fig.2) warns that the filter is clogged.
Unscrew nuts (N° 5 fig.12) and remove the cover. Remove the wing-nuts N° 3
and remove the first filter. Undo nuts N° 4 and remove the internal filter. The
filter is cleaned by blowing air from the inside towards the outside. Every 50
hours, remove the dust from the rubber valve (N° 6 fig.12) under the filter by
pressing on it a few times.
Replace the cartridge every 300 hours. If the tractor is working in a dusty
environment, change the cartridge earlier.
5.6 SEAT
The seat can be adjusted horizontally (distance from steering wheel)
vertically (height):
Horizontal regulation with lever 13, Fig. 1.
Vertical regulation with knob 16, Fig. 1.
Seat comfort performance adjustment with lever 17, fig.1.
